Staying in the room for a long time was a very clean and comfortable experience, offering a great respite at the end of the day. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city, especially with easy access to public transportation. The service was top-notch with exceptional attentiveness from check-in to check-out. The hotel is located in a superb spot, near Waitan and easily accessible to popular attractions. I was impressed by the quality of the rooms and the exceptional care from the staff. The manager of the Executive Club buffet and drinks, Alexander, was great. Other services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and welcome drinks were excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect, near the People's Square Metro station. The dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious meals. However, the only downside was the need for more attention to guests during check-in.
